day 2 passed.. for Dinner I had 1 cup rice..saute tomato with egg plus 2 pieces of hot dog... lots and lots of water..after 1 week let's see what would be my weight..

  4. #204
^ just don't be impatient and don't forget to lift weights to also improve how your body will look since doing purely cardio will just make you a smaller version of yourself but without the "tone" and curves you want

^ 4 loaves of bread??? are you serious???

san ka ba sa saudi if I may ask?? may friend ako na andyan and he manages a gym. if lahi nyo ang diabetic and ang may cancer, you'd better start switching your eating habits and eat more fruits and vegetables...

pero request lang din, if yu want t make your own food log, please make a separate thread or else I'll be forced to give you an infraction since thread hijacking na ginagawa mo...

That said, we wish you luck Ballfire20. Just keep at it. Also check some threads here from time to time. I suggest you also check the "How to" sticky above regarding diet. It'll help you a lot, if you're willing to learn..
Thank you sir, I will also do that.. .. Starting NOW... without any gym equipment how do I strengthen my back muscles? As you may know I'm in saudi and in the middle of nowhere...

  12. #212
^ can you find a way to get a pair of dumbbells?? start with a pair of 10s and 15s... or, if you can afford a suspension trainer (trx, jungle gym) then do so

    ^^

First, if you're really serious about this, I suggest you make your own thread. Lagay mo yung beginning stats mo dun. Try to update it as often as possible, gaya ng ginagawa mo ngayon. Most importantly, I hope your ACTUALLY DOING something(?). Not to be rude, pero di na bago kasi yung gumagawa ng ganito, yung nagpo-post na kunwari ganito animo ganyan, all the while in real life di naman pala nila ginagawa yun. Ewan ko kung akala nila they'll get results from posting/reading replies..

2nd, again if you're really serious, guys here will be more than willing to help (in your own thread), or at least, give you feedback.

    3rd,
I suggest you also check the "How to" sticky above regarding diet. It'll help you a lot, if you're willing to learn..
4th, may mga gyms sa Saudi. I know some guys in my gym na nagtrabaho jan, they used to train in some gyms there. I heard may Gold's pa nga ata jan.
