i got nga rin pala yung anime collector series ng badai. this include big o,outlaw star at saka escaflowne. their also coming out with a new series this spring na may cowboy bebop at saka isa pang big o. i also got young giant robo na may bazooka. that thing cost me $44 . i wanna get the new macross figures pero as of now medyo mahal pa sya. the price range from $65-$100.

I used to just collect the model kits but i got into the figures din when a friend gave me the Belldandy ceramic figure in her goddess robes.

After that, binili ko na din yung figures and kits from these anime,

Love Hina girls (onsen setting, cute nito... splashing around sina Motoko, Sarah, Naru, Mutsumi, Shinobu and Kitsune in that order)

The EVA mecha. (Unit 0 both versions, 1 and 2) - which I single handedly painted and assembled.
I used to do model plane kits, after the craze simmered, I got a reason to go back to garage kit modelling because of EVA. I'm actually looking forward to learning resin kit building/painting one of these days with OMG or Angelic Layer as figures.

Grabe, Sakura costs that much!!?? Takasugimasu ne!
I think one way of getting figures cheaper is asking around if there are people selling'em. Some garage kit hobbyist do it for money (they have one of their own, then they sell others). Some build-paint-sell. Of course, cheaper than stores than comic alley.
That Sakura thing costs probably mga 4 to 600 lang (parts only without paint).
