    Angry Styles in CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL

I hate this topic. For managers, I'm sure you're familiar with this. It's hard to find a just lawful cause to dismiss someone, especially if you're a manager. Somehow "loss of trust and confidence" can be disputable.

So what are some styles you have heard of when it comes to constructive dismissal?

I know of one manager who was relegated to do meager jobs and even lost his room and was just asked to occupy a small space near a staff. Next, he was asked to collect payments from clients when in fact before he was just the one managing sales.

How about you? Any styles you've heard of?

Post I DON'T LIKE THOSE STYLE...

First of all....HI! FAIRY n DMEADOW...how's rains_delight? I am just throwing here and there...and I want to tackle your subject...As I said I don't like those style...Let us consider your co-worker who is not exactly sure of the reasons for his being taken out of his former position...to me it is a DEMOTION or it may have done to make way for someone's PROMOTION later on...although there is no change of pay involved....kung hindi makapal ang kanyang mukha na maka-STAY pa sa kumpanyang iyon...to me it is an indication of FAILURE ON HIS JOB PERFORMANCE..and this HUMILIATION given upon him was so severe that there's no solution to this PROBLEM except to leave the company....It was sad...why don't just lay him off?
