I hate this topic. For managers, I'm sure you're familiar with this. It's hard to find a just lawful cause to dismiss someone, especially if you're a manager. Somehow "loss of trust and confidence" can be disputable.
So what are some styles you have heard of when it comes to constructive dismissal?
I know of one manager who was relegated to do meager jobs and even lost his room and was just asked to occupy a small space near a staff. Next, he was asked to collect payments from clients when in fact before he was just the one managing sales.
