One of the primary requirements of Bb. Pilipinas is that potential candidates must be strictly a Filipino citizen and must have a valid Philippine passport. I'm not sure though if the same thing goes for Mutya ng Pilipinas and Miss Philippines Earth.

I really don't know how Gemma got away with joining Bb. Pilipinas for 2 consecutive years (2000 and 2001). When she joined in the 2000 pageant, she even made it to the Top 10. But when she joined last year, she failed to make it to the Top 10 cut.

Di naman 5'10". Isabel is only 5'8" pero with a vital stats of 33-25-35. She's thin.. I guess that's what makes look SO tall. Yeah she's really pretty! A definite shoo-in for Bb. Pilipinas. OH yeah, she's with PMAP (Professional Models Association of the Phils - hope i got that right).

Isabel PExes.. In case she reads this... HEY ISABEL JOIN BB. PILIPINAS!! A lot of people would be rooting for u!

I, myself, have tried persuading A LOT of girls to join and here are the usual answers I get:

-"Yuck!"
-"Ano ako, cheap?"
-"No way!"
-"Yeah right, whatever!"

I'm so disappointed because BPCI never seems to learn. The citizenship scandals alone for example-- if it happened to Anjanette way back in '91, why did they allow it to happen to Tisha and Janelle too? They should have been professional enough not to allow a single, big mistake to happen all over again...not only twice... but THRICE!!

Saka I think they should replace Pitoy Moreno... we've had enough of his hideous creations and designs... Bring in Inno Sotto and Rajo Laurel.

I have some trivia for you... believe it or not, my mom is a close friend of Pitoy Moreno. And I asked my mom the same question about Pitoy, and she said Pitoy has no more power sa Bb!!!! He left everything na kay Madame Stella!!! Para atang authoritarian si Stella eh, walang decision power si Pitoy. So it means that the only and major problem is Stella. Kung pwede lang talaga somebody should get at least the Miss U Franchise from them. Like what the Japanese did, nakita mo naman very hip and professionally done ang website nila and their delegates may pambato na. Our girls (yung mga may k) are missing a lot for not joinning, but how can they join if it's not appealing anyway? Dami pang baho and may pagka time warp diyan sa Bb, sino ang gaganahin? Kaya for me, ok lang sakin na di tayo nasasama sa top 10 sa Miss U or in other words dakilang TY girl lang tayo, para matauhan yan si Stella na she's more of a burden here than an asset. Hintayin nalang natin na mapurga na ang tao sa kanya. Agree? Regarding sa mga fashion designers- Inno Sotto hands down talaga, Rajo Laurel is a jerk (based from inside reports believe me), Inno is faaar waaaay ahead of Rajo- di hamak. You can't place the two on the same level.
