AWiggins is on fire. cuts the lead to 1 in the 3Q after being down by 14pts.

    KMartin clutch ...... 3.

CoachFSaunders should stop experimenting with his first 5.

    it should be ...
PG - RRubio (currently this season's assist leader)
    SG - KMartin
SF - CBrewer (never sacrifice defense)
    PF - TYoung
    C - NPekovic

as much as everyone wants to see AWiggins, he is not consistent starter. mas okay pa si ABennett. the young guys are giving quality minutes even GDieng.

RRubio hindi pwedeng pang 4Q. kasi low offense and defense. it is a good thing they got MWilliams.

Kevin Love for B2B 1st pick busts

    AYYY LMAO

good loss ...... they came from a 14pt deficit and dropped on a squeaker. lousy call by the referees to give free throws to the CBulls.

dapat mag-form ng second team si CoachFSaunders para malito ang defense ng ibang team. more minutes for MO!!! ABennett and GDeing.

the MTWolves should get a shooting coach for RRubio. walang magagawa yun puro passing kahit teardrop man lang. the defense of other teams will sag from Rubio and clamp down on the players like NPokevic, TYoung and AWiggins.

this why Pokevic, Young and Wiggins did not have a big game. kulang sa outside shooting and the defense controls the paint.

Thanks for saying that after only 3 games. I hope Wiggins and Benett both improve and makes your comment look silly.

Will Wiggins win ROY? I don't think so over Jabari and Nerlens but let's wait until at least halfway to call him a bust.

Hanep, all starters in double figures! May pag asa tayong maging "Surprise team" ng west just like the Suns last season.

bakit kasi ginawang starting PG si ZLavine? Mo Williams deserves to be the backup point guard of RRubio.

tsk tsk ..... CoachFSaunders still gambling with ZLaVine at point and losing.

kailan kaya matatauhan at ibigay kay MWilliams yun starting PG slot?

What does it matter? Flip gives more minutes to whoever is having the better game anyway. Nung last game he gave 30minutes to Mo because he was doing well.

as a starting PG, MWilliams has 3W-2L record plus a 25pt output against the lowly LALakers.

the MTWolves were 0W-4L when ZLavine started.

gotta lick it, do you realize that it is typically only the 1st quarter that is affected by whoever starts at PG? Why are you making it such a big deal? A lot of teams don't start some of their stars to add some spark off the bench anyway.

Also, to prove how ridiculous your point is, I did more research.

    Opponents when Zach Lavine Started:

    L - Heat (8-7)
    L - Rockets (12-4)
    L - Pelicans (7-7)
    L - Mavs (12-5)
    L - Bucks (10-7)

    Opponents when Mo Williams Started:

    W - Knicks (4-13)
    L - Spurs (11-4)
    L - Kings (9-7)
    W - Lakers (3-13)

See the trend? Since Rubio's injury, the T-Wolves have only won 2 games and they have both been below .500 opponents. Whenever they face an opponent who is .500 or higher, they lose no matter who starts between Mo or Zach.

    Again, what's the big deal?

then you should have observed that ZLavine is an impact player who loves to score. he scores big coming off the bench. last game, he was the highest scorer with 28pts which is higher than the 25pts of MWilliams. but, MWilliams played like a PG rather than a SG.

the MTWolves team did well because MWilliams created plays for them.

a point guard is not just all about points. his responsibility to create plays including giving assist to his teammates. the more minutes, the more playmaking.

    L - Heat (8-7) ..... MWilliams 5ast/ZLavine 4ast (5pts)
    L - Rockets (12-4) ..... MWilliams 6ast/ZLavine 9ast (8pts)
    L - Pelicans (7-7) ..... MWilliams 4ast/ZLavine 0ast (13pts)
    L - Mavs (12-5) ..... MWilliams 8ast/ZLavine 1ast (4pts)
    W - Knicks (4-13) ..... MWilliams 13ast/ZLavine 2ast (2pts)
    L - Spurs (11-4) ..... MWilliams 4ast/ZLavine 3ast (7pts)
    L - Kings (9-7) ..... MWilliams 12ast/ZLavine 0ast (5pts)
    L - Bucks (10-7) ..... MWilliams (DNP)/ZLavine 4ast (12pts)
    W - Lakers (3-13) ..... MWilliams 11ast/ZLavine 4ast (28pts)

bottomline, MWilliams is the better playmaker and ZLavine is best of the bench.

Dude, I don't need a lecture about what a point guard does..

I do agree with you that Mo is a better playmaker and Lavine is a scoring PG who can spark the bench. But contrary to your point, whoever starts between the two has not had a major impact on their W-L record since Rubio got injured. Whenever they play above .500 teams, they lose. Period.

    They won against the Lakers.

    Without Ricky and KevMart.

Wolves lost today, but Wiggins showed off against the team that drafted him. Wala na syang competition for ROY at the moment. Si Nerlens mas inconsistent pa sa kanya.

Andrew Wiggins scored 20 points, but the Timberwolves shot just 39.5 percent and missed 10 of their first 11 3-pointers to fall to 5-27
