do you really get to brush your teeth three times a day???

do you floss??? how about mouthwash??? necessary ba talaga tong mga to even if you brushed your teeth already???

at ilang buwan (or even taon) na ba yang toothbrush nyo???

eh how about dental check ups, do you go atleast twice a year???

ive a toothbrush in my car, here in my office, at home, and IN my travelling bag.

i brush my teeth MORE than three times a day. ive braces on.

i floss when i brush my teeth before going to bed at night. flossing is important to prevent build ups.

i change my toothbrush once a month.

i go to my orthodontist once a month. and i get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. i never fail. i just went for a cleaning last dec. 7 and guess what? NO CAVITIES!

i brush my teeth twice a day, thrice pag medyo icky ang amoy ng kinain sa lunch
i also floss every night to prevent tartar buildup. at syempre i visit the dentist
twice a year (prophylaxis) kasi covered naman ito ng dental insurance.

as for the my toothbrush's age... hmmm, i use the Oral-B toothbrush that can
'tell' you if you need to change it 'coz the blue color is gone. approximately
mga 3 mos. per toothbrush.

yung mouthwash naman, depende pag sinisipag. pero when i have sore
throat i have to use mouthwash kasi it somewhat relieves the soreness.

yun lang... never imagined that i'd be answering a thread like this ...ehehehe.

me, i brush 3 times a day. i don't floss, only when there's a stubborn tinga. i TRY to go to the dentist twice a year. dati, when i was studying, every summer vacation and christmas break. my last visit was around two weeks ago so i have clean teeth to boast now see? but prior to this, my last visit was over a year ago.
