alright peeps. i am needing a vocabulary lesson here. galing ako ng exclus skul for gals diyan sa manila but i've been out of the country for close to 13 years. i guess i am what people refer to as "bisexual". i am attracted to both males and females. kailangan ko lang ng update. would anybody please help me understand the terminologies used? i know magic and obit. ano pa ba ang mga terms na gamit? differentiate these three: butch, femme, soft butch. lastly, if u live on the west coast, get with me. am looking for others like me. hehehe.

with regards to homosexuality and the Bible, can somebody please show the exact verse wherein they directly condemn it???

you know, what can clearly (ohmigod i am doing this again!!!) and significantly be pinpointed out in the Bible is the rule: "Love your brothers as you love yourself" (that is one) ...and where in that part can you find the synonym of the word "despise"?

you know what? i bought a book before. a book entitled, "in the closet" and in that book, the main character is a homo. his role in there is that, he kept his secret for such a long time. he left his hometown and eventually, trying hard to shove deeper his secret, entered priesthood. now i know that THAT "escape" from the truth of who he is, is wrong but anyway, there is this part where he answered an angry letter which is meant to insult him. the harsh letter came from the parents of one of his student (he is a priest and is also teaching a class) and the parents are demanding that he resign as a teacher. anyway, the main character's answers are good. so, here goes:

the first part claimed that aids is being spread by homosexuals to which, he reasoned that ironically, it is the heterosexuals who spread that disease.

second, the parents reasoned that homosexuality is being condemned in the Bible to which he answered that if you are going to try to look closely in the Bible, not one verse would despise homosexuality (most especially in the new testament). sure, the Bible mentioned homosexual relationships between two couples (this is in the old testament) but never did it condemned.

but well anyway, i find martin21's post of this certain verse as an excellent defense for those who condemn.
