    You don't even read your source links? Can you even read data? The 29 million is global total. China had 7 million and the US had 5 million.

    But emission is measured by capita (per person). The idea is that each person contributes to pollution. Di naman kasi pwedeng I-compare and Pilipinas sa Singapore kasi ang liit ng Singapore. So, the correct comparison is per capita. On a per capita basis, China is still way, way below the US.

    How about historically? Well, the US has always been the top polluter in the world, historically speaking. China only rose during its economic boom.

    Read the numbers.

    Mahalaga yung present day mas marami talaga ngayon ang China. China puro usok dyan. 8 year old namatay dahil sa air pollution alam nyo ba?
