Usually kasi ang ibang bank kailangan more than 1 year na ang date of settlement ng cancelled credit card nila bago nila tanggapin para i-process for personal loan application.

may offer yung isang international bank, loan na around 63k then payment terms ay approx 5.7k monthly for 12 months. So bale around 8% interest.

What's the issue with BPO employees? Are banks more strict with them kahit regular na? I mean, it's the bank who placed the requirements there anyway...

  12. #292

Some would resign aftr getting their loan. Yan ang pagkakaalam ko. Almost every bank or financing agencies have the same req's. But as i've said pag bpo lalo na at csr ka ***, di ka maaprove. Or kung CSR ka man, dapat aabot ng 25k ang monthly gross mo., my CC ka or manager or supervisor ka mismo.

  17. #295

  18. #296
My company is offering a zero interest loan. Should I grab it kahit wala pang concrete plans? Ang naiisip ko lang sa ngayon is funds for a euro trip or a lasik operation.

  19. #297
If it's really zero interest, then take it. You don't need to spend the money. At the very least you can deposit the money, earn interest, repay your loan with the principal and keep the interest for yourself.

  20. #298
^That's one of my plans. I'm still thinking where to invest it. Mutual Funds maybe?

  21. #299
No. Mutual funds value could go down as well as up during the term of your loan. Invest in instruments which pay interest and give you back your principal at a definite date.
