    Cool ACM Group Philippines

    I noticed na wala pang nag ppost ng any comments,suggestions,questions regarding sa ACM Group philippines?This should be a good start..let me introduce ACM Group..

    ACM GROUP PH opened last year,if im not mistaken around AUGUST or SEPT..ACM Group is not a BPO company,rather,its a DEBT ACQUISITION COMPANY(australian company that was based here in PH).so inshort,debt collectors or let me say "COLLECTIONS AGENT" ang kelngan nila.
    I've been working in a BPO industry for quite sometime now,we all know na wala ng ssarap pa sa morning shift.and YES!ACM OPERATES DURING MORNING.
    when I saw ACM on JOBSTREET,mistulang kumislap ang mga mata ko nung nabasa ko na:
    -SALARY PHP18000.00 - PHP26000.00
    -NO SHIFT WORK-DAY SHIFT-MONDAY TO FRIDAY
    -MEDICAL BENIFITS AFTER QUALIFYING
    -PLUS ALLOWANCES

    at lalo pa ko ntuwa ng malaman kong ino-honour nila ang Philippine Holiday,in short,HOLIDAY PAID OFF,san ka pa?Ph and Australian holiday PAID OFF!sarap di ba?

    and yes,I became a part of this company,I signed the contract na akala ko minimum nila ay 18,000,not until i saw 16,000.thats the best thing that they can offer to me.i asked bkit gnun?ryan clarke(acm ph branch manager)told me that i had a call centre experience but not collections,thats why.at that point,mjo disappointed but still i pursue working on this company kahit gnun kaliit offer nila sa akin.wala din orientation kung pano mag compute ng salary or anything just like every BPO has kung my job offer na.
    3 days training lang ang meron dito,1st day product training agad,2nd day live calls na(no mock calls!),u will deal to real life debtor on your 2nd day of training,wtf db?3rd days live calls and skip tracing.then after ng 3 days training sasabak ka na din sa FLOOR..
    I was surprised when I finally got into the floor and noticed na *** silang HR,QA,MENTORS,FLOOR WALKERS,SUPERVISORS!mistulang heaven di ba?u can do anything u want and say anything u want.at hindi ** EOP dito.ayos db?

    once u work here in acm u will be assigned to a specific portfolio and will handle ur own accts and collect money from them,nakakagulantang lang na napakalaking malas mo pag na assign ka sa portfolio na 2008 to 2011 na luray luray na o pigang piga na.so u have no choice but to locate a debtor.at hindi po madali mkalocate ng debtor kung and accurate search engine mo e iisa lang unlike ng CREDIT CORP(acm competitor)na wala kang lusot kung dka mkalocate ng debtor sa dame ng avail serch engines nila.

    so after mo ma assign sa specific portfolio ur goal is to meet the budget,so pag 1 month ka,$15,000.then pag 2 mos onwards u nid to meet $25,000.thats ur goal every month.
    pero ang sbe kuno nila ateast tried to get minimum of 10% of ur budget.

    ang question is,my incentives ba kung mhheat mo and minimum at ang target?
    the ans is NO!!wala..wlng incentives!ayos db?eto *** ang collections na wlng incentives!

    aside from the 10%,u nid to work on ur daily sa activity na ang minimum is 75!yan ang kota a day.at hindi in madali lalo na kung pure skip trace and ginagawa nyo,pro ang nangyyare is whether u like it or not,kelngan mo mamit yan so ang labanan is QUANTITY VS. QUALITY.

    days passed and I started to see all the bad sides of acm my self!
    everybody was shocked when we saw our big boss terminated someone infront of us and escort him to the door,ang offense is nag yyoutube sya during working hours w/c is prohibited nmn ****..akala nmn tpos na,pero sumunod ang mga araw na halos before pay day my tinerterminate w/ giving any valid reason why,kung my naviolate ba *** or what.

    the most shocking one was they terminated one of the best people they had,accusing that person n tumawag daw sya sa isang debtor ng 70x in one day.so ang ginawa nitong na accused is gusto nya makita *** basis pano nila nasabe na gnun,and instead of showing the proof,our big bosses told her"are saying that im lying"so at that point alm na nameng lahat na walng punto o rason na bigla na lang silang nang tterminate.basta d ka nila mgustuhan aalisin ka nila kahit sa kalagitnaan pa ng trabaho.walang warning,walang memo.

    hindi lang isa or dalawa ang naterminate ng wlng valid reason,if im not mistaken 5 to 7 people.
    ang mas shocking pa is walang papers na papipirmahan sayo,basta basta ka nlng paaalisin at ihahatid sa pinto.

    so at that point lahat ng agents is nakaramdam na ng takot..syempre,lahat nmn ng tao STABILITY AND SECURITY sa company ang hanap di ba?sino ba gaganahan mag work na ****** mo na bka kinabukasan ikaw na ang sumunod?na bka kinabukasan *** kna din trabaho.

    in addition,na mention kong wlng HR ang acm,so mistulang puzzle sa mga agents kung paano nila computin ang salary namen.let me give u an example.

    acm guy1 salary:20,000--single
    acm guy2 salary:25,000--w/ dependents

    alm nmn nting lht na pg single,sadyang malaki ang tax at pg my dependents sobrang liit ng tax,ang ngyyri is c acm guy 1 and 2 has the same tax deduction.MAGIC DB?

    dumating sa punto na may nag raised sa mga agents kung pano mag compute ng tax or kung pwede sya pumunta na *** ng BIR.and guess what?he was answered "are you questioning us?if u have question,do it in writing or the door is open,ur free to leave",and after 2 to 3 mins all of us receive a devastating message from our pc stating "IF WE HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING PAG-IBIG,SSS,BIR, every should do it in writing and they will send it to the Philippine law firm in SYDNEY" so they will not gonna waste time answering a UNEDUCATED QUESTIONS"..isang napakaling sampal saaming lahat ang nabasa nmen.UNEDUCATED QUESTION?WTF??!

    since then *** ng nagkalakas ng loob sa amin mag tanong about sa mga bagay na un and even disputes!wala!sa takot na bka mawalan ng trabaho.

    and recently lang,last holyweek,when all of us received our salary last march 27,everybody was shocked dahil sa liit ng sahod,it looked like hindi nila binayaran ang holiday na dapat ay paid according to what they said na kkunin nila ang vl's para ipantakip sa mga philippine holiday *** maging paid.but recently,it never happened.at lahat ay mistulang pagong na nakatago at ayaw kumilos o mg tanong.

    isa pang info is regarding sa appraisal during 3rd month of ur employment.
    ang requirements is u nid to aleast $40,000 collections for the 3 consecutive months..so lahat kame hopeless,my nagka appraisal man ilang tao?5?7?na magpa hangang ngayon ay di pa din nila ramdam yung APPRAISAL KUNO.

    sa araw2 na napaka daming umaabsent na to the point na kalahati ng office ay bakante,mistulang naalarma ata ang management at nag announce na na mgkakaron ng 1,500 rice and transpo allowance at ang 1,500 perfect attendance is magging 2k na!

    di pa man din ramdam ng mga tao ang allowance na un,nag babadya naman itong usappin na magaging taxable na daw un!oha.

    so sa inaraw araw na papasok an g mga tao sa opisina,ang laging kwentuhan is "MY NAAPLYAN KNA BA?"

    at pag ang agent ay absent,asahan mo hindi sakit ang dahilan nito kundi nag aapply apply na ito sa ibang kumpanya.


    at isa na ko dun sa isa sa mga umalis at iniwan ang ACM..

    so its up to u guys kung itutuloy nyo pa pumasok dito or hinde..

    yep,international debt acquisition company po ang ACM,legit company naman sya despite ng mga magic na nagaganap sa company na to
    about sa question mo kung bakit wlang hr(my supervisor na acm sa wakas),is dahil sa simpleng rason.
    ayaw nila magpasahod ng isang tao na hindi nmn nangongolekta ng utang.inshort,nag titipid ***.
    kung sino ang big boss namen sya din ang nag pprocess ng interview..if your looking for a stable job,this is definitely not the company for u..pro kung part time ***,go lang..but be fully aware sa magic na ngyyre sa loob kng company.

    kung ano *** process na dinaanan mo un na un..parang joke di ba?haha.the thing here is pg di ka tinawagan ng mahigit one week ibg sbhn dka natanggap.at another info,pg good mood c ryan clarke swerte mo dahil kahit sablay sagot o wala kang bpo experience papasa ka.pro ang malas mo pg badmood sya at di ka nya gusto,dahil kahit supervisor kpa before sa bpo company na pinasukan mo,bsta hindi ka nya gusto d ka nya tatanggapin.sa madaling salita,walang basehan ang pag tanggap ng tao dito.

    @pinkpoia..-so far no changer pdn..if you're looking for a temporary job,acm suites you're needs..but if you're after security,career growth..better kung maghanap ka na *** ng ibang work.trust me,it's getting worst everyday

    I've received a call twice from them yesterday while on my way for another scheduled interview from a different company. I was shocked about the comments and the experience ahoperme has shared. Ayoko na tuloy mag apply hahahaha. @ first I thought ahoperme is advertising or encouraging me to work in acm since he/she mentioned those things that we are looking for a job like dayshift, bonuses and so forth.. tapos BOOM haha.. liit pala ng basic tapos daming anomalya. Thumbs up dude. Thanks for sharing the info.. Di na ko tutuloy.. prang ang weird eh.. may feeling ako n d ***** mganda yung company. If the organizational chart of the people running the business are not that complete or they lack manpower definitely there's a budget issue already. I wonder why someone from us or australia are the ones who hunts and calls applicants if they are interested with the collections post tehy are offering. I find it awkward. Parang diba dapat pag from abroad yung boss either final interview *** or they will not contact you to go to their office for further assessment? Another thing is.. Grabeh naman nakakaloka yung eksena na palalabasin ka at may escort pa.. parang kriminal lang ahahahah!

    Salary 16k sa collections? lol wag na lang hahaha...

    kakatawa din na same tax ang single at yung may dependents XD

    proven and tested. Wag na kayo mag-apply dito. Walang HR, walang accounting kaya magic lang ang lahat. wag kayo maniwalang nageexpand daw kaya naghahire ng bagong employees, ang totoo nagresign na ang mga tao. isang malaking pagkakamali ang pagtrabaho sa acm group.

    Nyahahaha! Yung nagpost nito ang laking bitter sa company. BTW I am working in this company and all things that was mentioned above was really far from reality. I have no collections background but man I was offered 24k. The person who ever posted this doesnt have any professionalism in him, seriously brad? I got friends in this company stayed for 2 years and yes they are still there and now became TL. Pre grow up, you will never progress on what you're doing be mature enough to see things, remember this company is so new which will grow and definitely maiinggit ka at iisipin bumalik kaso di na pwede. And last thing, disclosing all of this? Remember in the document not to disclose anything outside the office which you can definitely be sue for this. Grow up pre, JUST SAYIN.

    nagtry ako mag-apply dito undergrad ako w/ CC background aussie account dayshift pero hindi collections, naaalala ko tinawagan ako nito tapos hindi daw sila tumatanggap ng walang collections experience, ano ba talaga?????

    Ive been with this company for close to a year now. I dont have any collections background but I was working in call center industry for more than 4 years prior to this. My initial offer is okay compared sa ibang dayshift. Kung may collections ata mas malaki ****.. One good thing about the company is okay **** ang sched, weekends off then 8-5 *** ang sched so mapaplano mo **** ang buhay mo.. Saka inhouse kc to at nd bpo kaya parang office type **** **..Wala din pasok aussie at ph holiday. I could say na *** appraisals depende **** sa performance, I was appraised two times in a year pero *** ibang mgagaling **** 3 times sa first year plang.. Going 2nd year plang pero anlaki na ng expansion at lahat ng promotions dito internal kaya lahat halos ng mga friends ko na performers e TLs na *****.. I never had any dispute sa sahod so parang nd nmn tama na sabihin walang hr or payroll e di sana puro ** dispute sa sahod.. Nakakatuwa nga dito e real time pasahod unlike sa ibang cc may cut off kaya mg aantay ka ng npakatagal bago ka pasasahurin. Saka Wala namang perfect na company e lalo pa na wala pang 2 years to. Just my two cents to those people na ngsasabi mg nd maganda, try nyo din iassess sarili nyo
