    FAQ

    1. How long has QBE been in operation?
    125 years.

    2. Where is the office located?
    We have one in Makati but our Operations is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

    3. How long has your GSS Center been in operation?
    Our office in Taguig is a pioneer business. We only started hiring early this year and are ramping up “faster than you can say QBE” to fill hundreds of slots.
    At the moment, we only have the 1st and 2nd waves of New Hires in training.

    4. Can I just walk in and apply?
    NO!
    Our recruitment team prefers referrals from QBE employees. After the initial screening, we will then endorse the applicants to a special recruitment staff from John Clements (Exclusive to QBE) to conduct the bigger chunk of the screening process. This is because we are still in the process of assembling our own recruitment team.

    5. How much is the Offer?
    I will not be able to answer that question since our recruitment team will only be able to make you an offer once you pass.


    Qualifications for the following positions:

    Claims Analysts (Mix of Voice/Non-Voice)
    • Receive record and process all incoming insurance claims for assigned area.
    • Interpret basic policy coverage's and determine if coverage's apply to claims submitted, escalating issues as needed.
    • Set reserves and authorize payment within scope of authority.
    • Settle claims in the most cost effective manner, ensuring timely issuance of disbursements.
    • Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims, notifying supervisor, arranging investigation and briefing solicitors if further action is to be taken.
    • Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Customer service skills
    • High proficiency in Telephony skills (tone, objection management, reasoning and sound judgement)
    • Knowledge of insurance industry and claims process *preferred but not required
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills
    • Analytical and negotiation skills
    • Effective planning skills and time management Solid


    Customer Support Officer (Processing/Non-Voice)

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Candidate must possess a Vocational/Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or at least completed 2nd year college with no back subjects.
    • Strong command of Written and Good Spoken English Language.
    • 1-3 years BACK OFFICE PROCESSING/ANALYST/BILLING/DOCUMENTATION/VALIDATION/REVIEWER experience e.g. process associate, analyst, ,etc. in a BPO or SHARED SERVICES setting.
    • FINANCIAL|HEALTHCARE|INSURANCE|MORTGAGE ACCOUNTS IS PREFERRED
    • Underwriting Experience and knowledge in LOTUS NOTES is an ADVANTAGE
    • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City (The Fort)
    • DAY/MID SHIFT SCHEDULE ONLY.

    Hi Guys,

    Currently, the Customer Support Officer Position is already filled up until May, next batch will be in July.

    Ang open lang po natin ngayon for immediate hiring ay ang Claims which is 20-50% voice.
