    Ay sayang. Interested pa naman ako dun sa BTS position since Alabang is malapit lang sa Laguna kaso nabasa ko yung 1 year job experience so I'm not qualified for the job (i don't have job experience pa eh). Hanap-hanap na lang muna sa iba.

    Hello. For final interview na daw ako sa West. The interviewer told me na ilalagay daw niya ko sa new account nila which is super basic ang salary. Tinanggap ko na kesa sa Mandaluyong site nila ako ilagay. The thing is wala pa daw silang sched for final interview. I even asked him if sure ba un, he said yes and he will tell me naman if failed ako sa initial interview but he's not failing me daw. Kaya maghintay na lang daw ako ng tawag nila for F.I.

    Should I wait for that? I hope there's someone who could reply. Thank you so much.

However, external background checking (meaning a third party will conduct the verification on behalf of the employer) they might not be so forgiving on it. Companies that handle sales, tech support or appointment setting) sometimes do not require their employees to be background checked. If they do, it would be just for records and will not affect your application/employment with them.

    If you are a brave soul and will write those employment that have conspicuous work history, you should feel comfortable in telling fabricated stories. Although widely accepted in the BPO community, it takes practice and finess to pull it off. But make sure your "excuses" are convincing enough for them to believe you.

    What I would suggest is to delete all work history that might have negative impact on your application process. On those employment gaps, no matter how long it may be, just write on your resume that you did something personal that enhances your capabilities in par to the position you're applying. You can say you went to your province, put up a business, or took care of a relative. Any personal matter like the ones I've mentioned, are automatically pass on background check - EXCEPT FOR HEALTH ISSUES. IT NEVER WORK ON YOUR FAVOR! You must be deranged to use it as an alibi.

    during training you'll be in at 6AM, after that, earliest shift starts at 4AM, then 5AM, few are on 6AM.
