I need legal advice, and maybe legal representation, on my purchase of a condominium unit in Makati from the developer. My current legal issue involves the turnover costs.

Any suggestion on an attorney or lawyer, or law firm experienced in the said matter, preferably located in Ermita or secondarily in Makati?

I contacted the Philippine Bar Association and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. They did not know of any such experienced lawyer. Their advice was to telephone law offices and ask.

I searched through web sites, such as eyp .ph and helpinlaw .com and philippinecountry .com . But, no one was listed with experience in condominium.
