Please help me.

I'm looking for an apartment or room for rent at affordable price near Kamias St., Quezon City.
My budget is Php 4,000 for the whole stay.
I am attending a course there this April 1-5 and April 15-19 and I don't know anybody near there for me to stay.
I am living in Batangas City and I don't want to travel back and forth everyday to save money.

I wish to stay in a 1-bedroom apartment or room with kitchen, t&B and beddings as well.
Also, my wife and kids might visit or come with me to have vacation.
