    Amaia Scapes Cavite

    Hi!
    Gusto ko lang po sana may makilala nanakakuha ng house and lot sa Amaia Scapes Cavite. Di ako sure kung may existing thread na for this, pero wala akong makita.. Gusto ko lang makibalita about sa progress ng construction doon (hopefully may progress nga). Kung may mga nakalipat na, please feel free to share your experiences about obtaining a house from Amaia Scapes Cavite.. Goodluck sa ating lahat!

    As I've checked last Dec 21, marami ng nakatayo na bahay pero wala pang nakatira. Pwede bumista sa site pero inform na muna sa office ng AMAIA bago pumunta. Don't know also kung kailan ang turn-over but most probably this coming January 2013 as confirmed by my agent.

    My bestfriend and her parents got two house and lots here in Amaia Scapes in Cavite. Bank financing via RCBC. Nagkapirmahan na and everything.

    And then just a couple of weeks ago, the agent texted my bestfriend (who was also her parents' guarantor), saying that her parents has to pay additional money for the unit. Surprised, my bestfriend asked what the additional payment is for. The agent said there was an increase on RCBC's part. My bestfriend called her contact in RCBC and the bank staff said there's NO increase on their part. My bestfriend then contacted the Amaia agent and told him RCBC's response. The Amaia agent was then struggling to find an excuse. Kesyo nagbago daw ng rate and they have to pay.

    Grabe, the nerve of Amaia! Huling huli na nagsisinungaling! Ituro pa ba ang bangko! Ginagawa pang stupid ang mga client. Ang nakakainis kasi, parang "nagbago ng rate, eto yung new computation, you have to pay this amount." Ganun ganun lang?

    The parents of my bestfriend, naturally, refused to pay the additional without a valid reason. They were demanding to talk to the boss of the agent and meet with her personally to settle this... but guess what? NR ang agent. No response. Grabe.

    The Amaia agent's name is Jeriel. Beware of him.

    According to my contact person, or account specialist, October 2012 daw turn over ng mga nasa sector 1, at June 2013 naman turn over ng mga units sa sector 2. Baka kaya wala pang nakatira, kasi ipapaayos pa nila yung unit nila bago lumipat.

    Nagkapirmahan na pala, ibig sabihin may napagkasunduan nang rate, dapat yun na yun.. Kung sa akin, mangyayari yun, magkaka-demandahan kami kung kakampihan ng Amaia ang agent nila. Lumulusot lang yong agent, dapat mai-report sya at nang wala syang mauto pa. Anong silbi ng mga pinirmahan/kasunduan kundi rin lang susundin? Ano yun, anytime na gusto nilang magtaas ng rate, pwede? Okay lang yang agent na yan? May account coordinator or specialist ang Amaia, sana dun na lang sila nakipag-coordinate sa simula palang.. Direct employee talaga ng Amaia or Ayala Land..

    Yup, they will see each other in court talaga kung ipagpipilitan ng Amaia. I think the manager/supervisor/boss who refuses to meet with them is directly connected to and is an employee of Amaia. And my bestfriend and her parents have been following up with them almost everyday. And hindi na nagrereply. Dati nung hindi pa nacclose yung deal, constant ang communication. But now, with all these happening... What does it say about this developer?

    Baka kaya No Response coming from Supervisor, dahil hindi talaga nya alam anomalya ng agent Jeriel na yan. Baka gumagawa ng sariling rules si agent Jeriel nang hindi alam ni bossing.. tsk..

    dapat sa mag ganyan tao binibigyan ng leksyon para matuto an hindi na maulit. Kaawa-awa naman yung mga nabibiktima nito

    May mga tao lang talaga na mapagsamantala. Parang mga holdaper lang sila na may pinanghahawakang position o title.. Walang pinagkaiba sa pakay kundi mang-isa ng kapwa.. Lahat naman tayo, pinaghihirapan ang perang pinanggagastos, maging patas nalang sana lumaban sa buhay ang lahat para walang lalong nababaon sa hirap, lalo na kung dugo't pawis ang ipinuhunan makaipon lang ng pambili ng bahay..

    Try ko dalawin ang unit namin sa Amaia Scapes Cavite by February at ia-update ko ang thread na 'to for developments. Sector 2 kasi ako nakakuha ng unit. Bungalow pod. Anong sector kayo nakakuha? Sana may makapagkwento about their unit's development at kung pwede na bang matirhan agad upon turn over.. Thanks!

    baka this week or next week bumisita ako don sa Amaia Cavite para makapagtanong sa office. Medyo disappointed ako sa after sales nila, got no response from my email inquiry. BTW I've got my unit at Sector1, I hope nakatayo n yung unit namin

    sabi nung account specialist/coordinator ba yun, na nagha-handle nung account ko, October 2012 daw turn over ng units sa sector 1.. June 2013 naman ang turn over ng units sa Sector 2..

    Nabasa ko sa isang thread na open na raw ang mall sa Amaia Scapes Cavite. "The District Mall" daw yung name ng mall.

    Meron pa lang thread for Amaia Scapes Cavite. I have seen this other thread Amaia Scapes pero mixed http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/...d.php?t=568800. Parang meron ako nabasa same name ng agent concerned na yan sa thread na yun...

    Ano po ang update for Sector 1? Kailan daw po ang turnover? Sa Sector 1 din po ako nakakuha. Tama po ba? Dapat bayad in full ang other charges (OC) before turnover?

    kahit daw hindi pa tapos mabayaran ang other charges, basta paid na yung dp, pwede na ma-turn over yung unit.. kaya umaasa akong makalipat this june 2013, july 2015 pa matatapos bayaran yung other charges.. 100k+ din yung other charges ko ah.. payable in 2 years..
