    Cool On Personal Records (PRs)

    Guys, ask ko lang kung ano ang mga personal record (or best) niyo sa mga natakbo niyo na?
    At ano yung goal niyo kapag tumatakbo kayo? Sakin kasi na sana mahigitan ko yung nauna kong record. Pero syempre depende din sa kondisyon mo yun, sa elevation ng tinatakbuhan, etc.

    Anyway since newbie lang ako, eto yung sakin...

    5k - 32 mins
    10k - 59 mins, 53 secs.

    Next 5k goal ko ay mag-sub 30 kasi yung first 5k ko ay lagpas isang oras. Haha.

    21K: 02:31 mins (Condura Skyway Marathon 2012)

    15k: 1:41 (Pink Run 2012)
    16k: 1:51 (Run United Philippine Marathon 2012)
    21k: 2:38 (Tetra Pak Run 2012)

    Mababaw na goal (sa ngayon): Medal sa 36th Milo Marathon 2012. 21k less than 2:30. (Na mukhang malabo dahil ambagal ko pa ren - hirap sa training, gahol sa oras )
