Tuloy pa rin ang tambalan nina Barbie Forteza at Derrick Monasterio kahit magtapos na ang Luna Blanca dahil kung hindi uli mapapalitan, silang dalawa muli ang magtatambal sa bagong show ng GMA 7 na Mariposa.

Ano kaya ang nangyari dahil ang unang balita, si Joshua Dionisio ang kapareha ni Barbie sa Mariposa at balik-tambalan nila ito dapat, pero ang latest, si Derrick na ang makakatambal ni Barbie.

Si Kristoffer Martin kasama sa Haram nina Dingdong Dantes at Kylie Padilla at nasa cast ng horror films ng GMA Films at Reality Entertainment na Basement.

Si Bea Binene nama’y muling ipapareha kay Jake Vargas sa mor*ning soap bago ang Kusina Master ni Chef Boy Logro at Eat…Bulaga. Eight weeks lang ang airing ng soap na hindi pa namin batid ang title.

Pero sa apat, si Derrick ang pina*ka-masuwerte dahil bukod sa Mariposa, siya rin ang bida sa remake ng T.G.I.S., siya ang poste at siya lang sa tween stars ng GMA 7 ang kasama dahil the rest ay bago. Nagpa-audition na ang network para rito at si Mark Reyes pa rin ang direktor.

DERRICK OVERTAKES JOSHUA

DERRICK Monasterio seems to have permanently replaced Joshua Dionisio as Barbie Forteza’s ka-love team. After they got paired in “Luna Blanca, Book 2”, he and Barbie are together again in the new series, “Mariposa”. Joining them in the cast is former child actor Miguel Tanfelix who’s now 15 and is a 6 footer. Derrick is 5’11”, so that means Miguel is even taller than him and they’ll both dwarf Barbie. Theirs will be the new teen triangle to watch out for.

Derrick will also be part of the cast of the new edition of “TGIS,” the hit Viva teen show in the mid-90s that stands for “Thank God It’s Sabado,” which introduced then teen stars Angelu de Leon, Bobby Andrews, Dingdong Dantes, Red Sternberg, Raven Villanueva, Mike Flores, etc. The new “TGIS” will be helmed by Mark Reyes, who also directed it then.

Bea Binene is reunited with Jake Vargas in a new morning drama series while Kristoffer Martin will be part of the new primetime soap, “Haram,”* starring Dingdong Dantes and Kylie Padilla as Muslims, directed by Maryo de los Reyes.
