Marcos?

ang problema, galit ang mga Pilipino sa any form of discipline. simpleng "bawal magtapon ng basura", "bawal dumura" di masunod eh

gov't employees can sometimes be undisciplined

okay who am I kidding, di lang some times, MOST of the time

    5pm an
    1. g off - 3pm pa lang di na nagtratrabaho
    2. most gov't workers don't wear helmets and expect special treatment from traffic enforces
    3. they bring home office supplies
    4. they'll bump ordinary people and cater to friends and family first
    5. they maneuver to get permits for businesses, construction etc even though it's illegal
    6. Kumpare/ninong system

    list goes on and on.

once I rode a plane with some gov't officials of CDO. the plane was maneuvering for landing. we were still up in the air because the pilot was waiting for a clear runway.
2 gov't aides fired up their cellphone and started making calls.

it was annoying, if their cellphones interfered with the guidance instruments of the planes, we would have been screwed. thankfully the weather was very clear.

disiplina sa pag aanak ng tama, all else will follow.

    supporting rationale;

same rule in implementing discipline within the members of the society.

The main interference the policy is trying to prevent is on the radio communication between the pilot and the Tower. The pilot is receiving instructions and he needs to receive them clearly lest mistakes are made. Clear weather or not, those government aides were still interfering with the safety of your flight at that time.

    1. Sa isang DENR office, the payment period is between 11am-3PM only, hahaha...

From what I remember, the country did better until the early 1960s, when decontrol policies were put in place.

ikr nainis talaga ako dun but those aides belonged to a male (i think) politician na infamous sa cdo.

one of the conversations was a schedule for a spa

and I was like, "dear God, am I going to die because of a spa appointment?"

Electronic devices doesn't interfere with navigational equipement because they are using different frequencies.

The initial ban on using electronic devices on aircraft came after a 1961 study by the RTCA, which looked at reports that PEDs had possibly interfered with onboard electronic equipment. Further studies by the RTCA—one in the mid-1980s, and another in the ’90s—found that while such a risk was overall extremely low, it was highest during critical phases of the flight, particularly take-off and landing.
