provided they meet the requirements and provide proof, they can now apply for work authorization and avoid deportation.
seriously MG is overrated..
ang us citizen ay hindi kailangan ng visa... yung anak ko us citizen, passportlangkailangan,, inuwi ko sya sa pilipinas with out problem
hello question *** po...my mother is in the states immigrant ***. they went to us last 2009 and they are now green card holder.....pede n po ba syang mag petition sa aming mga anak nya ? married or not ? kung pede magkano po ang bayad sa immigration sa pag file ng petistyon.
salamat po![]()
Pwede magpetition ang isang green card holder pero matagal, averagely 3-7 years.
First preference: Unmarried, adult sons and daughters of U.S. citizens. (Adult means 21 or older)
Second Preference (2A): Spouses of green card holders, unmarried children (under 21) of permanent residents
Second Preference (2B): Unmarried adult sons and daughters of permanent residents
Third Preference: Married sons and daughters (any age) of U.S. citizens
Fourth Preference: Brothers and sisters of adult U.S. citizens
copied fom USCIS website, so nasa second preference B, unmarried adult sons and daughters of green card holder.

May hipag ako na nag apply as Nurse dito sa Texas. Since nagresign sya sa Saudi as Nurse, hindi na sya ulit nagwork. Ang Priority date nya sa Immigrant Visa nya ay Oct2008 pa which is I know it will take forever.

my sister did not work for a year (nagtrabaho din sya sa Saudi) before moving here in the US, inantay din nya yung papeles nya..
salamat ng marami![]()
Is there a place outside the US Embassy in Manila where we can leave our mobile phones? Do they have lockers for electronic items, like in the Embassy of Japan? Or is it possible to leave them with the guards and just pick them up after the interview?
thanks sa reply. kung di magwowork yung hipag ko for another 5 years at maging current na yung priority date nya malamang expired na mga license nya sa texas etc.. that will be a total of 10 years na hindi nagpapractice as a Nurse. i hope ndi sya iabandon ng emplyer nya at hindi yun maging problema *** pagiging bakante nya ng 5yrs or 10yrs.
hello po gusto ko lang po sana humingi ng advice nagapply po ako last year ng us tourist visa pero na denied po ako ang problem is yung agency na hiningan ko ng tulong is pinag lie ako at di pinasabi na friend ko nagiinvite sakin dun pinalabas lang nila na mamasyal ako sa us ang tanong ko is maaapektuhan ba nito ang next na pagaaply ko ng us visa kasi balak ko po kasi sana na mag apply this year ulit...patulong naman po
No, the consul will depend on everything she wrote or submitted at the time she was petitioned. I dont know what category she's in, but if she can provide the proper documentation to back what she declared in her application,
I dont think her current work or hiatus from it would affect her petition.
Check what category she's in and verify the criteria required. Unless stated (which I doubt), that she has to be currently working at the time of priority, then it shouldnt be a concern.
