As a summary po ng position, naghahanap po yung company ng IT professional na may existing Engineer or Permanent VISA dito sa Japan. Pinoy po ang target nila for this position. Once na matanggap po yung applicant sa position na to, idedeploy sya sa Toyota City, Aichi as System Engineer for Toyota Motor Corporation.

Title: System Engineer

Interview Location: Tokyo or Chiba City (Ayala Systems Japan Inc.)
Work Hours: 40 Hrs / Week

Job Description
Monitoring of production server and application status.
Checking of production batch job status
Receive hardware repair request and escalate it to vendors
Addition of terminals to production servers
Coordination with overseas plant during issue or request
Performs preliminary investigation such as log analysis
Create incident and outage reports upon issues
Escalate issues and found application bug to developer
Track incidents and issues until resolution


General Requirements
-Minimum Experience Level: Over 3 years
-Career Level: Mid Career
-Minimum English Level: Fluent (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
-Minimum Japanese Level: Business Level (N2/N3)
-Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
-Visa Status: Engineer or Permanent-Resident Visa

Required Skills
-N3 or N2 Japanese Level
-Fluent/Business-level English
-Preferably having background on software development
-Preferably having experience in server or application support
-Can handle pressure during outages
-Experience in Unix/Redhat Linux is greatly appreciated
-Team player and collaborative
-Willing to relocate on Toyota City, Aichi

Additional information po;
-Yung bahay po, 100% sagot ng company. 1K po bale normally ang apato size pero pede nyo inegotiate kung may family kayong kasama.
yung telecommunication allowance: 3k monthly sya
-For utilities, Up to 10000 yen ang shouldered ng company.
-Sa salary, nasa negotiation nyo na po un. pero to give you idea--- around 3M - 4M JPY bale ang salary
-Sa Japanese level, not necessarily N2/N3 passer ka. Basta marunong ka ng daily conversation + marunong ka ng kahit konting kanji (N5/N4), okay na. (actually, N4 lang ako)
