    can builder of flat object selling of flat in the same year of purchase

    I would like to ask for an expert advise if someone could help to get the the answer of one of my friend's query as i am unable to suggest him anything out of his problem related to real estate rules and laws. He had bought a flat in March 2012 and now because of his some personal problem he has to sell his flat. But his builder denied to give him NOC saying he cant give noc twice in the same year of purchase. Can builder object him selling his flat. Please advise

    No, he can’t object if this is what is in the contract your friend has signed. Maybe this is a part of an agreement upon buying the flat from the builder.
