Hindi valid yung divorce na ni-file nya since pareho naman kayong Pilipino at dito kayo ikinasal. . .

Filipino citizens, no matter what their country of residence must follow the procedure indicated in the Family Code of the Philippines to have their marriage nullified or voided by filing a Petition of Annulment of Marriage before the pertinent Office of the Executive Clerk of Court of the Regional Court.

The divorce is obviously legal where it was filed. He filed for divorce so he can remarry where he is living now. Not sure what your rights are here in the Phil. Consult a lawyer.

1) the husband asked for divorce?
2) the TS can't accept that the husband found another woman?
3) the TS still wants to continue her relationship with a husband who wants out of the relationship...
