TOKYO!!! eto ang pinakamalapit sa katotohanang makapanood ako.. this early, naghahanda na ako.. i want to do photoshoot for the 2020 olympics..![]()
Tokyo. Baka pag sa Istanbul baka maulit ang nangyari sa Munich![]()
Tokyo!
it's one of my favorite cities to visit..![]()
Istanbul....sana kaso I will go for Tokyo! It is high time for JAPAN to host again an Olympics!
Madrid is a no no, kailan lang ang Barcelona naghost 1992.
Madrid is a no-no. Wala silang pera at lubog sa utang tapos maghohost? Magtigil nga sila!![]()
Tokyo rin sana para malapit at madaling mapuntahan. =))
It will probably be my 4th Olympics by then. =))
1st Summer Youth Olympic Games, Singapore
XXX Summer Olympiad, London, England
2nd Summer YOG, Nanjing, China (planning to watch this)
Going for Tokyo as well. I'll probably pick Istanbul...if they change its name back to Constantinople and restore Orthodoxy there.![]()
I'll bet pagbibigyan ang Istanbul for political purpose. Ano kaya ang reactions ng Islamic fundies sa beach volleyball, swimming, gym, etc. and how the gov't handle if controversies hit the games?
I'll go for Tokyo
Spain is being plagued economic crisis.
Imagine the Opening Ceremony if it will be on Tokyo.![]()
The Technology. The opening ceremony that will put the past ceremonies to shame..

Kawawa naman yung Qatar na nadisqualified as a venue candidate. Paano na lang yung mga officemates kong nagwork dun dahil nag-boom yung construction in preparation for application of the olympic venue. Tsk.
I forgot the ticket prices for YOG in Singapore but I watched 3-on-3 basketball, Artistic Gymnastics and Wrestling.
Here in London:
115 pounds: Basketball (two preliminary Men's matches Spain v Team GB; USA v Nigeria; last Aug.2)
65 pounds: Wrestling Greco-Roman (the afternoon session last Aug.5)
95 pounds: Canoe/Kayak final session (on August 11)
Class A seating na lahat yan. Mas mura syempre yun mga Classes B, C, D, and E.
I also had a 10 pound ticket last July 28 for the Olympic park and a 15 pound ticket for the Orbit. While inside the park, I came accross Recycled tickets* for Women's Basketball (one pound for the Russia vs. Canada game and five pounds for the USA vs. Croatia game). I also was able to get a 5 pound ticket for a Men's Water Polo game between Hungary and Romania last August 5.
*Recycled tickets - In one session, there are two matches. Tickets are resold paglabas ng spectator na ayaw ng panoorin yung second match.
ETA: Hindi pa kasama sa price yung delivery cost pala (six pounds for secure domestic mail each time you book). All the YOG Singapore and London 2012 tickets came with Travel cards which you can use on the day of the event you're watching.
