Best Wifi/Myfi Device/Provider?

Instead of a USB stick, I'd like to try one of those portable Wifi devices. Any idea which is the best? I keep seeing those Huawei devices at Yugatech's blog, do you just buy the device and buy a sim at either Smart or Globe or Sun?

Has anyone tried Smart's Wifi Plug It?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it safe to say that if either Smart or Globe (cell) has a strong signal in my area, their internet will be that strong/stable too?

i bought smart plug it last year its too damn slow..parang kang nka dial up..its takes ages for a page to load..yahoo messenger ko lang na gagamit haha..cost me 50p a day to use it kaya pina migay ko na lang..

I-survey mo muna kung aling service provider ang mabilis sa area mo. Hindi kasi porket mabilis halimbawa ang Globe dito sa amin eh mabilis na rin sa inyo.
