as a nurse. PRO RH BILL ako.
a couple should be responsible on how many kids they will have.
but based on what I have learned from my bioethics class, we should say no to this bill because we are violating the right of a child to live...

PRO RH BILL.
Reasons:
-Ma-minimize *** sobrang laki ng population growth in fact #12 ang Philippines sa mundo.
-a lot of teenage pregnancy exist
-the United Nation also supports the RH Bill based on the news
-priest do not know what exactly they are saying they are not even parents!
-it is one of the ways to eradicate poverty
etc.

that is one reason why China's economy is good because they have a one child policy
one of my classmate who is a chinese told us that if a couple in china will have a second child they need to pay a fee.
