Thanks sir.

    just dont listen to them!

Exactly as I have always been saying yung "sabi ng kaibigan ko" is usually what causes more confusion.

Something to consider, how many times have we heard of feats of strength wherein a person lifts a car or a refrigerator pero di sya nabalian ng likod.
As the physically weak man can make himself strong by careful and patient training, so the man of weak thoughts can make them strong by exercising himself in right thinking.

Siguro sir kaya ko i-push yung limit ko pero for 1 rep 1 set nga lang. for deadlift i can go 260lbs and for squat 180lbs kaso para lang di ako mabigla ginagawa ko na lang yung kaya kong buhatin for 5 set 5 reps. OK ba yung ganun sir?

one time i did 2x5 of deadlift then boom, i got pain on my lower back, so i decided to stall my deadlift.
my current deadlift is 150lbs and my squat is 135lbs.

I've said before na hindi gumagana creatine sa akin. I'm no expert pero parang may times na I'm not as muscular and looking back, I realized hindi pala ako nagcreatine nung times na yun. I don't get stronger pero mas fuller yung muscles ko when I'm on creatine.

Ok rin ba talaga capsule/tablet(?) form guys?

    @ eclavoo
maybe your back is not tight enough when you lift.. you have to check your form.. 150lbs is not yet heavy enough para masira agad form mo..

regarding creatiine i havnt tried it ) its protein din naman the only difference is its readily available to be absorbed by our muscles, tissues and cells.. havent researched much on creatinine but as far as im concerened its no different from just eating good protien sources, your boldy wil convert it to creatinine din naman

i disagree bro.. creatine and protein are totally different form... its like apple and oranges, you can't compare them as one.

you get creatine from meat but only minimal dosage.

    @meanie

its still the same, powder or capsule...

Ok lang bang pagsabayin ang dymatize creatine at ON whey protein? Mag 2 years na akong nag gym and na-achieve ko naman na yung gusto kong mangyari. I started taking ON supplements 2 weeks ago lang. And tuwing kelan ba i take sila? post or pre workout? TIA!

  11. #31
everyday ang take ng creatine 5g per day. okay lang ihalo sa whey. sa whey naman, take it before, after or any time you need a protein.

Sir military_press, yung creatine ba should be taken before or after my workout?

anytime of the day. it doesn't matter if you take it before or after a workout as long as you take it everyday.

^ agreed.. eventually when someone finds out if he is a responder or not, he will know what approach is best taken
