Marketing Communications Specialist (Social Media Marketing Specialist)
Responsibilities:
1.) Works with the social networking team to manage the social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and other relevant Web 2.0 sites, including daily monitoring, posting and content development.
2.) Moderates and initiates conversation through forums, twitter and postings.
3.) Works with departments to ensure proper messaging is being delivered online and is relevant to organizational goals.
4.) Supports and protects brand by ensuring positive messaging is maintained in community.
5.) Establishes consistency of message across multiple networks.
6.) Manages online discussions by listening to users, reading between the lines, and responding in a timely manner to user’s needs and requests.
7.) Monitors and tracks discussion topics.
8.) Prepares reports to update internal staff on usage statistics.
9.) Explores all advancements and opportunities as they come about in the Social Media and Social Marketing fields.
10.) Participates in other online marketing projects as needed.
11.) Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
•Required language(s): English, Filipino
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
