doing such will be more dangerous than beneficial
As the physically weak man can make himself strong by careful and patient training, so the man of weak thoughts can make them strong by exercising himself in right thinking.

please don't do this. the diet you're looking for is the one prescribed in lyle mcdonald's the rapid fat loss handbook. do a torrent search for it, it's less than 100 pages and relatively easy to read. it's a modified psmf which is pretty much the fastest safe way you can achieve the goal you're after.

this is alarming! it's been 1 week na since last nag post yung TS. buhay pa kaya sya?

Man can live without food for 3 weeks, and with her 300 cal/day diet I suppose she is still alive.

300 cal, that's like eating 2 packs of Sky Flakes a day. It's hard to tell if TS is a troll. Hindi naman uncommon ang mga drastic albeit stupid diets.

Very true. though not optimal for some athletic goals. I've had whole week fasts. But that was for other objective. As in ZERO calorie.

i had a friend who did something like this. I am sure that its not just two skyflakes sachets he ate but i know he only ate skyflakes. Well yes he did lose the weight but it looks unhealthy.

    really that is something.

i could only guess you were a hermit during those times caused missing out on food would drastically affect your mood? or were you able to be in a zen like state and was still able to function in society.

Dati sinubukan kong kumain ng very small amount of rice saka unting. Sa dinner naman as in wala. 1 month ata yun. Daming nakapansin na pumayat ako pero I noticed na i look very unhealthy at walang muscle definition. Nagmukha akong small version ng sarili ko. LOL. Not gonna happen again. Hindi rin sya pang long term when it comes to weight loss.

Judging from your avatar, it seems that you're the one trolling.
