BS as in BS. Based from experience, if masira yung item within 1 a month or a year, yes free ang labor but the cost of the part to be replaced is almost the same as the price of the unit itself. Incorporated na rin ang price ng labor sa parts. If ikaw naman ang magsusupply ng parts, di nila kukunin.
