Schengen Visa for Filipinos

Hi guys!

We're planning to go to HK-Schengen this September 2012.

I'm just wondering if Filipinos can still get a Schengen visa? I read somewhere hindi raw sila nabigyan... probably dahil may issue ang both countries today.

Anyone can help me?
