Hello, I've been using BB's Allpro's workout for two months now and am content as of the moment. A Simple Beginner's Routine Basically its compound exercises on 3 non-consecutive days. On Off-days, I skip rope and do some ab work.
Now I just got interested in developing body-specific skills such as hand-balancing and well, calisthenics.
My question, fine ladies and gentlemen, is when do you think should I train Calisthenics if I were to fit it in my 3 day non-consecutive compound workout I do presently? Or is it wiser to just do them on the days I do the compounds as well? Or a whole revamp is necessary?
My goal in lifting right now is to build mass. My goal in Calisthenics is to do a Planche. But I hope you don't get me wrong here; I'm not in it just to look cool. I value my Health and Fitness, and it kinda makes me feel good about myself if I am able to do these exercises. Fulfillment in other words.
BONUS QUESTION: Anyone know a good routine for this? Ie., Pushups, Pseudo Planches, L-seat, Handstand holds/pushups, frog stands, etc. (though I cannot hold a Handstand Hold for more than 5 secs unassisted nor do Planches yet, which are few of the things I wish to accomplish)
Thank you for your time in reading my thread.
