Hi Guys, ask ko lang saang bangko madali mag-apply ng CC? Pinag-iisipan ko tong mga to.

Int'l Banks:

Pa help naman, i'm planning to apply kasi. Isang Mastercard sa local bank at isang Visa sa int'l bank sana. thanks.

I think lahat ngayon strict na. SCB and HSBC are two of the strictest, they now require that you have an existing credit card from another bank before you can apply. If you have a deposit account with a local bank, especially BDO, you may have a higher chance of getting approved. Still, approval is not guaranteed.

Just go and try your luck. Piliin mo yung may features na pinaka-gusto mo, saka ka mag-apply. If you get denied, try the next one. It's not uncommon for applicants to be denied on their first try so, try lang ng try.

Thanks. Siguro duon ako sa BPI or BDO. yung payroll ko kasi is from BPI tapos may joint deposit account naman ako sa BDO. Pero sa tingin mo san kaya madali sa BPI na may payroll account ako or sa BDO namay joint account ako?

Sir, punta po kayo sa BDO branch where you have an account then ask a teller if they can endorse you for credit card ("endorse" is the word po, very important). Kung papayag sila, wala na itong requirements. Depende din kasi ito sa branch, merong active sa endorsements at merong hindi.

Kung hindi po sila nag-e-endorse, you may need to undergo the regular application process.

Ang alam ko sa BPI nag-e-endorse din sila. Try to apply na lang in both banks. Kung ma-approve ka for both, pwede mo naman ipa-cancel ang isa anytime.

Dun ka muna sa kung saan mas malaki ang laman ng account mo.

sa BDO mas mabilis lalo n kung may acct k sa kanila..ako nga d nag apply may dumating sa akin..kaya *** pina-cancel ko kc ang liit..hahahaha

malaki naman ang account ko sa BPI. i have SDA holdings and investment accounts pa nga. pero the most they can offer me is just the secured credit card. kakadismayado.

May dumating din CC dito sa bahay from BDO kaso sa Tito ko. Tataka nga kami bakit biglang may dumating na CC dito. Saka lang namen nalaman na may account pala si tito sa BDO pero 20 yrs na sya sa Italy. Hanggang ***** ndi pa namen nagagamt yung CC nila.

Ano po ba pinag kaiba ng CC sa Secured Credit CArd? I dont have any idea idea pa kasi kalash ni kov

the function is the same but the only difference is that, in a secured credit card you have a collateral in the form of money which you will deposit sa bank which will determine your credit limit usually 80% of what you've deposited and the same stays with the bank while you retain the card.
