Legal Lead

Job Description
Monitoring of and advice on national, local government unit and administrative authority compliances. This may include liaising with government agencies and offices where necessary.

Monitoring and advice on global compliance issues

Support to Workplace team on drafting, negotiation and vetting of facilities related contracts, compliances and regulatory issues.

Support to the Procurement team on contract drafting, vetting and negotiations.

The Global Asset Protection group on legal issues.

Support marketing team on contracts & marketing initiatives.

Support for consulting and contracting including contract drafting and client negotiations, when needed. This is not anticipated to be much and not the core focus of this candidate.

Participate in corporate investigations where requested, on policy and ethics violations and provide recommendations on actions.

Provide legal support and guidance on Accenture policies

Miscellaneous legal support to RMS, Finance & Controllership from time to time.
Qualification
•Juris Doctor or LLb., Bar Passer •At least 10 years in general practice firm (litigation, corporate law, labor, contracts) •Experience as in-house counsel in a Multi-national firm is an advantage
