1. Infrastructure Lead

Mode of Employment: Contractual (12 months but renewable) – Nityo Infotech

Responsibilities:

• Assesses current IT infrastructure assets by analyzing usage on footprint, power, cooling, and other environmental factors
• Provides inputs to the Configuration Manager (CM) in identifying the assets that can be reused or decommissioned due to obsolescence. Factors which determine which IT assets can be reused or decommissioned include the following:
o Age of IT assets
o Availability of maintenance provisions
o Non-usage
• Prepares suggested list of IT assets for reuse or decommissioning and submits to the CM
• Performs decommissioning and provisioning for reuse of assets identified by the CM
• Informs the CM on changes and updates to the assets inventory after decommissioning or provisioning of assets for reuse

• Creates own development track and plan to augment technical skills
• Prepares a list of suggested trainings and gives to the SIP Department Head
• Attends trainings to update technical and non-technical skills and cascades gained knowledge to the division through presentations, papers, etc.

• Develops own Performance Plan and Evaluation (PPE) based on ISG TOR
• Submits the PPE to the SIP Department Head for review

• Escalates issues on server specifications, rack location, power and network provisioningto the Configuration Manager.
• Executes assigned audit-related tasks during audit preparation, audit response, and closure of audit findings

Requirements:

• Graduate of Math, Science, or any IT-related course
• 3-5 years work experience preferably with Telco or IT (Network/System/Database Administration; experience in HP/IBM/SUN/Dell hardware, and any of the following Unix/Linux/Windows/VMware platforms, Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL database)
• Expert in the field of IT servers & storage
• In-depth experience on Capacity Planning & IT Systems Design
• Ability to do CMMI documentation
• Excellent Technical writing & Business casing skills.
• Project management background a plus
• Exposure in procurement process & vendor management
• Excellent communication & inter-personal skills

2. SYSTEM ANALYST (UNIX OR PERL)

Mode of Employment: Contractual (12 months but renewable) with Nityo Infotech

Responsibilities:

• Converts raw data or information to more relevant summaries or reports to be used as input to the manager’s business planning activities
• Identifies the core issue of the problem and can determine if the problem is related to a process or if there are personal issues involved
• Complies with established processes and procedures to ensure quality of work and service delivered

Requirements:

Highly analytical
Excellent in problem solving and decision making
With knowledge on System Solutioning/Architecture

With knowledge/background/familiarity on the ff technical
skills:

• database (Oracle, mySQL)
• operating system (Unix, Linux)
• Knowledge in back end Billing Systems (preferred Telco) or mediation systems
• Programming skills, preferred in UNIX and Perl Platforms
• Familiar with different Solutions Delivery Life Cycle model

3. SYSTEM ANALYST (MOBILE OR FINANCE APPLICATION)

Mode of Employment: Contractual (12 months but renewable) – Nityo Infotech

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preference for quantitative majors: Economics, Business Statistics, Engineering, and QA/QC) with 4-6 years relevant experience. MS/MBA candidates with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, and statistical analysis and measurement techniques

Major Task and Responsibilities Assists planning and execution of metric/performance reporting approach and ensures business viability of service levels:

1. Add, change or delete existing service levels and KPIs to maintain alignment with the market and with the business
2. Define appropriate service levels for all new RFPs
3. Define and implement service level reporting for all new Statements of Work

Ensures that IT Operations are managed by service providers as per the contract:

1. Conducts regular service reviews, manage and audit Supplier performance and productivity relative to service levels
2. Produces periodic reports related to Supplier performance analysis
3. Carries out analysis of service delivery on all three dimensions: cost, quality and time in order to assist with future sourcing strategies, capability estimation and financial planning and management
4. Interface with Financial Management to analyze performance outcomes for Performance Credits/Earn-backs
5. Provide early warning to the Business Unit executives regarding degrading or missed service levels

4. SYSTEM ANALYST (BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND DATAWAREHOUSING)

Mode of Employment: Contractual (12 months but renewable) – Nityo Infotech

Requirements:

Highly analytical
Excellent in problem solving and decision making
With knowledge on System Solutioning/Architecture

With knowledge/background/familiarity on the ff technical
skills:

• Database (Oracle, Teradata, Sybase IQ); and/or Business Intelligence Tools (SAS, Cognos, Business Objects)
• Operating System (Unix, Linux, Windows)
• Programming languages/Scripting (Unix shell scripting, SQL)

Soft Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and maintenance of the Teradata data warehouse and/or SAS Business Intelligence Platform.
• Develops reporting solutions using the appropriate Business Intelligence toolset.
• Analyzes business user requirements and translate to a technical design

• Troubleshoots and analyzes technical issues.

5. KPI SPECIALISTS

Requirements
