Alaska survived a late-game rally by Ginebra to win 104-90, leading the series at 2-0 and now one win away from the title.

Game day!
Sana madepensaha ng maayos si Jeff Chan. More than Paul Lee, mas worried ako sa laro ni Chan. Correct me if I'm wrong, pero the first 2 games these 2 teams met this Conference, pareho nyang nakuha yung BPG citation of those 2 games. Ganun kaganda nilalaro nya pag BMEG ang kalaban. Hopefully, madepensahan ng maayos.
James, for his part naman e' laging maganda ang laro when facing this team on a series. Ilang beses na nilang nilalaglag 'to on a series and James was the one who always lead his team. Sana magtuloy-tuloy!
Best of Luck Llamados!
Simple lang naman kasi ang plays for Jeff Chan. Stag-hard screens to free him up for a trey. Ang mali lang kasi ng team for the past two games, they are going UNDER the pick, which is a no-no when you're defending a shooter. Dapat talaga makapit ang depensa natin sa mga screens ng RoS kay Chan. Wag dapat iwanan. Intal would have been a good defender for him, pero injured eh.
James never failed to deliver pag Finals na. For the 5 championship appearance he had, in which he has won 3, laging maganda ang laro niya. Kaya I'm confident that he will explode once again in this series.
Let's get Game 1! Go B-MEG!
Are we talking about horses here? Hehehe! Little knowledge is indeed dangerous.
Bmeg 4-1...
Some notes in the upcoming PBA Governor's Cup finals between Rain or Shine and B-Meg.
- James Yap and Yancy De Ocampo used to play for Welcoat (now Rain or Shine) during their PBL days. Curiously, Peter June Simon was Welcoat's main threat when he used to play for Fash/Hapee Toothpaste.
- No player in Rain or Shine's roster has won a PBA title. It's the exact opposite for B-Meg as the Llamados are coming off a successful campaign in the Commissioner's Cup
- Four of the Mythical Five members of the 2006 UAAP season are part of this series. They are JC Intal and Ken Bono of B-Meg and Jeff Chan and Jervy Cruz of ROS. The fifth member of that team was Marvin Cruz
- ROS coach Yeng Guiao is seeking his fifth PBA crown after winning one with Swift and three with the old Red Bull franchise
- B-Meg coach Tim Cone is aiming for his 15th PBA title and second with his present team.
- Expect a "catfight" between the two imports. B-Meg's Marqus Blakely was a former Vermont Catamount while Jamelle Cornley used to be a Penn State Nittany Lion.
- Although unlikely in this series, I am still hoping for a sumo-size match-up between JR "Baby Shaq" Quiñahan or "Big" Beau Belga against Ken "Ake" Bono.

RoS is a number 1 team after elims, the first to enter finals at the expense of BMEG. Kung mabibigyan pa na dagdag na confidence ang team na ito, kakainin nila ang BMEG in 6 games.
Sana lang maraming plays for James and Simon and let Pingris and Blakely do what they do best. Kailangan mauna ng BMEG.
Wowwww Gaco.yan ang dugong Llamados
Marquis Blakely is always having the benefit na he is a great shotblocker.. kaya yung mga supalpal niya na minsan Goaltending na like nung block kay Jireh ehhh nalulusutan niya.. iba na ang magaling na shot blocker..
Pls lang ibangko yang walang silbing Urbitz![]()
Liability madalas si Urbiz. Coach Tim gising! Championship nakataya, huwag puro favoritism.
