Responsibilities:

1. Provide after sales support/troubleshoot.
2. Provide support to user on applications-related issues.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. With strong customer service orientation.
4. Perform issues/problems/requirements gathering.
5. Perform testing and provide resolution or work-around solution to customers.
6. Excellent communication skills, a team player and able to work under pressure.
7. Exposure to Payroll is an advantage.
8. Can handle unexpected HR payroll changes.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish is a MUST.
4. Good overall IT technical knowledge and understanding
5. Understanding and knowledge of various maritime applications and maritime industry.
6. Should have the ability to convert technical issues into layman terms for the end-user to understand.
7. Understanding of VPNs, networks, remote assistance tools.
8. Ability to quickly troubleshoot and analyze problems.
9. Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines

Requirements:

Customer Sales Associate - DAY SHIFT
Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in inbound/outbound sales or upselling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. We prefer candidates with experience in handling Australian Account and can start as soon as possible.


Business Development Coordinator - For BPO AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNT
Responsibilities:

1. Support the Business Development Manager
2. Identifying and sourcing of key target market contacts based on target market criteria
3. Compiling and sending out Information Packages to contacts via email
4. Follow-Up sales calls to set an appointment for the Business Development Managers
5. Management of appointments and follow-up calls for the Business Development Manager
6. Management of follow-up documentation

Requirements:

1. A degree in Business or similar with a specialisation in Marketing and or Communications
2. 2 -3 years experience in a sales/marketing roles
3. Experience in making sales calls / tele calls to prospects in Australia
4. We prefer candidates experienced in dealing with Singapore based companies (B2B experience)
5. Good research skills
6. Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management software


Senior C#.Net Developer - For MULTINATIONAL IT COMPANY
Requirements:
1. Excellent in ASP.net C#.
2. Excellent in JQuery and Javascript.

4. Excellent in HTML and Graphics implementation.


Web Server Engineer - For JAPANESE GAMING INDUSTRY
Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field
2. 2 years and above experience in working with servers and web servers required
3. Experience in working with online game servers preferred

Skills Required:
1. Must have extensive experience in Linux (RedHat, Centos, etc.) [MUST]
2. Familiarity Amazon EC2 and Cloud Services, etc.


Java / Android Programmer
(Mid-level / Senior-level)
Responsibilities:
1. Primary – Work as a team member in the conversion of the existing RFgen Mobile Framework architecture from WinCE to Android.
2. Secondary – Provide as-needed support for RFgen customers for time-slice 8:30 PHT to 17:00 PHT.
3. Future – Potential to cross-train for SAP and Oracle to provide systems analysis, requirements gathering, workflow design, implementation and documentation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of pre- and/or post-technical experience in a related area of technology
3. Java and/or Android Programming experience; experience with C++ would be a plus
4. Strong self-management and communication skills
5. Extensive technical experience, and problem solving skills
6. May lead and direct the work of others
7. Willing to work off hours, if necessary, in support of customers and partners in different time zones or to better collaborate with USA programmers
8. A take charge individual required with a proven track record of working with customers and business partners preferred.
