Nothing replaces sufficient sleep time. Your body will notice and will charge you later for lack of sleep. Try to get enough sleep time - make your room dark; invest in an airconditioner, etc.
Hi,
To answer your question, for you na nagpupuyat or night shift worker, this is my advice:
At least, natural vitamin C(sodium ascorbate), 2000mg/day for maintenance, 4000mg/day if sick
Kung may budget ka, try different options:
Natural Multivitamins
(vitamins & minerals combined by nature)
a. Chlorella/Spirulina tablets
b. Barley capsules/drinks
Hope this info helps you.
Thanks!
a friend of mine is distributor of a vit c and spirulina..
