IT Helpdesk 28k Base Offer

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Good day

A 2 year tech support requirement is a must for the IT helpdesk
position, The office/recruitment is located in Ground floor, One Ecom
building in Mall Of Asia, near 7-eleven and just beside BDO. there is really
not much of a procedure upon applying there, No need for online
application. they will initially provide you a form to fill out (basic
info). indicate that you were referred by me. you will go through a
writen english exam (very basic,), an HR interview, client interview
and Job offer if you pass all.

The minimum offer for IT helpdesk Poition is 28500. you can demand
higher provided that you perform an awesome job during your interview
and exam.

ACS pays Bi Weekly. (every other saturday), if you will be applying,
It is advisable that come in early because of a huge number of
applicants everyday.

Bring with you your resume' and a valid ID, ID is needed for you to
get inside the building. and a jacket by the way.

You dont need to send me your Resume, Just your full name is good
enough, I will need to forward your name to the recruitment.

Im not sure about the other openings

Its not a 1 day processing

Requirements:
•Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills.
•Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma/Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or at least completed
2 years in College.
•At least 2 years technical support experience is required for this position.
•Candidates must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
•Candidates must be willing to work in graveyard shifts.

@chocolate: the requirements are firm, No for fresh grads. 2 year Tech support experience is a MUST. so the answer is No.

@tengpogie: IT helpdesk analyzes issues that are forwarded to them to figure out what appropriate dept should resolve a specific concern. you will be creating tickets that will be escalated to a certain dept.. you will not perform troubleshooting, but will ask probing questions to better understand a concern. its more on ticket creation and routing procedures lang, a lot more easier that TSR
