TENTATIVE ITINERARY:

DAY 1 – meet and greet then transfer to Hotel, free for own leisure.

DAY 2 – after breakfast, proceed to Underground River Tour. Back to hotel, free for own leisure.

DAY 3 – after breakfast, free for own leisure until time to transfer to airport.

– Guest/s Name
– Date of travel
– Hotel / Resort (preferred if any)
– Flight itinerary (ETA & ETD)
– Package
– Additional inclusion or special request

Once we receive the confirmation from the supplier (hotel, resort, tour operator, etc.), we will make a confirmation with deadline to pay or cancel that will be sent to the client’s email.

If booking is finalized / guaranteed payment must be settled before the deadline given by our reservations.

Remarks:

Booking will be automatically cancelled if no feedback & no payment received.
Deposit Slip must e-mail as proof of payment. Booking will be not be guaranteed / finalized if noemail deposit slip was obtained.
Once the deposit slip was finalised, reservation will be verified with the Accounting/ Finance Controller if the payment is already in said company bank account
Once verified, Reservations will finalize the booking to the supplier (hotel, resort, tour operator, etc.)
