only FOOTBALL requires a gigantic stadium

Each University have their own gyms and we are happy with that. Those place will be utilized in that surroundings better than if our corrupt government will maintain such.

There's no demand for one kasi in the first place. European countries have soccer while the US has baseball and american football. Private developers like SM or Ayala can easily make one, but there's no demand for one, hence it won't be profitable. It's expensive to maintain the turf and you can't use a stadium for concerts as well because of the heat and possible rain/storm.

Rizal stadium yun ba yung malapit sa harrison's? a big stadium here in pinas by the gov't?! Nakow! asa ka pa!!!!!!!!!

yung area ng harrison plaza based on original blueprint ng city planning... dapat one big open park yun.

para katabi niya yung manila zoo and then the coast of manila bay. but what did they do?! pinagkakitaan ng gov't. so wag ka na po umasa na magkakaroon ng ganon.

pati yung SM city sa north edsa, that's sitting on top of a previously gov't owned land. oh diba, pati FORT taguig ganun din?! binenta kay ayala? the next camp they will sell is camp aguinaldo. any big space is bound to be sold and privatized.

honga, when you built a stadium make sure you also have the money and manpower to maintain it. buti pa nung panahon ni marcos eh (nahahalata ang edad ko neto eh) ang Universit of Life, napakaganda at well maintained talagang para kang nasa isang first world na facility. eh ngayon tingnan ninyo ying arena (ULTRA) ang pangit na at yung oval eh ang ganoon din pangit.

ang pinas nga kahit na yata SEA games hindi na kayang i-host talagang napaka poor natin dito sa aspect na ito. well, it boils down to horrible govt kaya ang dream for gold sa olympics eh will really stay as DREAM forever. anak ng tinapay, masyado ang focus sa basketball ang kapapandak. why don't we focus on the sports that we have potential like gymnastics, etc na hindi kailangan ang height advantage.

Olympics will be opened soon and the world is sending their very best athletes to compete. i bet kahit bronze hindi tayo makakakuha, just imagine the money, support, training other countries give to its athlete.

    goodluck team philippines.

kaso mga tao ngayon, malls ang ginagawang pang relax. which is good for Henry Sy and all the mall owners. pag pumasok ka sa malls, expect maglalabas ka ng pera.

  20. #20
mas mainit sa singapore. then why they have several parks?
