Is this legit? I just got an email for the "exam".. need to 3 submit 2 banner etc.
This got my attention ..

"Once done, please email back the results of
your exam to
millennium_league@yahoo.com and attach
the .jpg and .psd files of your work."

Isn't it funny that they are asking for your raw file for an exam. I put my watermarks on it. They can view my portfolio, I have passed not only 2 banners but 3, so no reason they need my rawfile. For what? They are going to use it then they will just say you're not hired? haha.. maghanap sila ng maloloko nila. No company profile, or web page, or site where you can find their company. How can that be secure?

When your applying for designers. yes you need to submit your portfolio and the exam's given to you which is the banners.
its so simple . right? pero mas malaking puntos kapag may portfolio ka which is a website..

about the environment naman malaki din *** office. tapos kayo kayo *** ng mga employee's then *** manager. then *** boss is wala kasi minsan *** sya ppunta sa office kapag may iinterviewhin or pag payday.. may advantage din un kasi no pressure, No rules. kasi nga wala *** boss na magbabantay sayo sa office.. btw the head or boss is a Chinese citizen. Mabait *** Boss if may problema you can ask him. then *** communication nyo ng boss is trough skype ***. magpapagawa sya ng trabaho or magbibigay ng instructions via skype *** ****..

About the Employees, they have Email support, Chat support, Contact center, programmers and designers ..

Then about salary, no worries cause they offer competent salary.. malaki din sila magbigay. tapos ikaw mamimili kung kailan yung gusto mong restday. working days is 5 d per week. if regular k na. flexi time din pwede ka malate just be sure na babawiin mo *** oras mo na 9 hours including your 1hr break.
