Pinoy na almusal? Usually fried rice 'di ba?
Ang mother ko madalas piniprepare fried rice then iba't ibang ulam every morning. Ex. egg, ham, hotdog etc.
i grew up having rice and ulam(natira ulam the night before) for breakfast... or the usual egg, hotdog, and pandesal... nun nag-asawa ako at natira kame sa kanila, and breakfast na mabibili mo eh pancit, spaghetti, sopas which i normally eat pag meryenda...
nakakagutom naman di ako madalas magbreakfast pero ang madalas hinahanda ng nanay ko pandesal + sardinas o kahit anong palaman (liver spread, lady's choice chicken or tuna sandwich spread). kapag tatay ko naman naghahanda ng almusal laging silog, minsan may kasamang tuyo.
