    San ba makakabili ng magandang foam rollers?

    San ba makakabili ng foam rollers?


    I think i injured my right chest/shoulder/back because of an awkward position while doing inclined bench weeks ago.


    I already took a rest and didn't work out for 2 weeks but i'm still having trouble doing bench kanina. Masakit pa rin sa back part (right side) pag nag be bench ako.


    I'm thinking of buying a pvc pipe na lang muna but i'm not sure kung anong klase and what size.


    I would appreciate it if you could give me some help/suggestions about this matter. Thanks in advance.

    i think i injured my self while foam rolling, my lower back hurts parang my pilay yung feeling... any advice? i bought mine in chris sport around 1k...

    that's odd. injuring yourself while foam rolling?

    i normally foam roll to ease my injury. yung sa yo naman, na injure ka while foam rolling.

    I thought one uses a foam roller to prevent injuries? Thinking of getting one for tight hamstrings kasi at para sa lumbar area

    6x36in standard size ng foam roller.you can buy a pvc pipe and wrap it in tennis racket grip tape
    that would pretty much feel like a high density foam roller

    it's part of my warm up before weight training

    NEVER foam roll your lower back!

    Baka naman po sa type ng foam roller na gamit nyo. Binili ko yung akin sa ensayo. Hindi sya ganun ka tigas hindi rin masyadong malambot.

    Halos every day ako nag foam roller sa lumbar area and nothing bad happen to me. btw a have a scoliosis, so i love that part. it ease the pain.
