Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo thread, which contains the link to Form Promo landing page, will be created in the PinoyExchange Promo forum as well as in the relevant sub-forums: Buhay Pinoy, Campus Chat, Small Talk, and Family, Friends, and Society.
2. Participants should answer the promo question:

7. Promo participants may win the weekly raffle only once. Winners from the weekly raffle are still eligible to win the grand and consolation prizes.
8. Multiple entries of the same content are not allowed. Should a participant submit multiple entries, only their first entry will be considered. All other entries will be excluded from the list before the selection of the winners.
9. Winners will be notified by private message in PinoyExchange, announcement in the promo thread, and through SMS.
10. Data and answers excluding personal information such as name, PinoyExchange username, email address and mobile number may be shared with third party partners.

How to Join & Who are Eligible to Join:

1. Registered PinoyExchange members are eligible to join. They must have a PinoyExchange username.
2. Only those who registered and submitted entries before the final deadline are eligible to join.
3. Employees of Havoc Digital and its third party partners up to second degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.

How to Register:

1. Go to www.pinoyexchange.com and click on register. Fill up the form to create an account.
2. Go to your e-mail and click the link provided in the confirmation message.

Provision on Valid Entries:

1. Participants should answer the promo question completely:
   • Relationship with loved one abroad
   • Location (Country) of loved one
   • How long has your loved one been abroad
   • When was the last time you saw your loved one in person?
   • How do you keep in touch with your loved one abroad?
2. Participants can share pictures and videos in their story. Images and videos should be their own property, and must post the links in the open field provided. (3,000 characters maximum)
3. Participants must provide the following contact details completely:
   • Name
   • PinoyExchange Username and Password
   • Age
   • Gender
   • Address
   • Email
   • Mobile Number
4. Answers should be sent within the cut-off period.

Provision on Invalid Entries:

1. The second and succeeding entries of a single participant will be invalid.
2. Entries with incomplete details will be invalid.
3. Entries with incorrect answers will be invalid
4. Entries submitted after the cut-off period will be invalid.
5. Username will be checked when an entry is selected. If the username does not appear in the PinoyExchange database, the entry will be invalid.

Prizes:

1. One (1) Grand Prize (criteria-based): Samsung Galaxy S Advance
2. Two (2) Consolation Prizes (criteria-based): P3,000 worth SM and/or Ayala GCs
3. Four (4) Weekly Prizes (raffle): P3,000 worth SM and/or Ayala GCs

Determination of Winners:

1. For the raffle, entries will be encoded in an excel sheet.
2. Second and succeeding entries from one participant will be deleted from the excel sheet.
3. A randomizer will be opened (www.random.org) and the first and last number of the entries will be inputted in the randomizer.
4. A random number will be generated to determine the winner.
5. For the criteria-based judging, entries with the highest scores will be determined the winner.
6. Screen shots of the process will be saved.
7. PinoyExchange.com reserves the right in picking winners for the duration of the promo.

Announcement of Winners:

1. The winners will be announced in PinoyExchange after the announced cut–off period.
2. The list of winners will be announced in the promo thread and the relevant sub-forum.
3. The winners will be messaged personally through their PinoyExchange account.
4. The winners will be contacted via SMS using the mobile number they provided.

Control Measures:

• Screenshots of the promo as well as the messages to the winner will be kept for a minimum duration of six (6) months.

Claiming of Prizes:

1. Winners can claim the prizes within sixty (60) days after the winners are announced.
2. Winner should present an ID and the print out of the Private Message from PinoyExchange.
3. Prizes can be claimed at the PinoyExchange office in Makati City Mondays-Fridays 09:00AM-06:00PM (except holidays).
4. Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) days without prior notice will be forfeited.

• havent seen my mom for 6 years the last time i saw her was in my first year in college on 2006 and my dad is the longest for 12 years, last time i saw him when i was 10 years old.
• i stay in touch with my mom and dad every single day. thanks to modern technology. i chat with them using skype and yahoo, sometimes on phone.
It just feels like their just there with me, everytime we chat on video chat on skype. the funny thing i still get grounded, at times i miss having a parent their, but when going out, i feel lucky cause i dont need to ask, but i still ask their permission by texting them even though it cost to much P14 pesos per text. haha, they constant skype me and my brother, even though their not here, they still monitor our activities. even their not here in the philippines, it feels like they are.
