Diet plan lang. I go with her sometimes sa consultation. Her consultant is really well versed, she underwent the program herself. The office is in GH.

I think so, kaya lang parang mas comprehensive kay SureSlim, IMO. Tapos hindi sya limited like cohen. With SureSlim nakakapag fry sila, eat pizza, hamburger, etc. na parang bawal sa iba. It's interesting lang and creative tapos nakikita ko talaga na pumayat tita ko. Sometimes nakikikain ako sa food nya kase masarap.

update on my aunt, nasa lifestyle program na sya next week--meaning ibabalik na mga food na hindi nya pwede kainin since she started. She has lost 9kgs na so far.

There are food na hindi pwede kay Cohen na pwede kay SureSlim. They say mas hindi restricting si SureSlim and cheaper.
