Narinig ko na nga yang odesk na yan, magandang online job daw. Hindi ba mahirap ma-hire dyan?

Depende sa skills na io-offer mo. I'm in Admin category, at first mahirap kasi laki ng competition. But now, I have 2 long time active contracts kaya satisfied na ko dun at di muna ko nag-aaply sa iba.

Maganda ang oDesk. Nagwowork ako don as Illustrator at Animator. Nasa Illustration at Animation category ako. May 1 year contract na at isa pang contract.
Ang mahirap lang kasi sa oDesk ay yung bidding. Sa Category ko, ang rival ng Philippines contractors ay Indian contractors kaya sa bidding pa lang dapat ipakita mo na ikaw ang pinakabest na candidate.
Yung mga Indians kasi ambaba maningil kaya kadalasan sila ang lamang pero karamihan sa mga oDesk clients ay mas may tiwala sa mga Pinoy.
