Transfer from DLS-CSB to DLSU-D. Help!

So I have personal reason why I want to transfer schools. I'm a sophomore taking up AB-Multimedia Arts in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. I want to transfer to DLSU-D. Is that easy? Do all my subjects will be credited? I'm still not taking up any major subjects. Some people say that it will be credited because the subjects were all the same but different course names. And I want to be a scholar there. Is it easy to get a full scholarship in DLSU-D? Please give me some advice. Thank you.

I'm from CSB too and I'm planning to transfer also pero sa DLSU-M. I'm just not sure if I should file for Certificate of Transfer Credential already or I'll just take the DLSUCET first before filing the Transfer Credential. I hope someone can help us!
