The title of this thread ends with a question mark ("?"). It is not intended to conclude nor confirm as a fact. Anyway, it contains the word 'possibly,' so that itself is not certain.

I am aware the 'reliability' issues of wikipedia. I don't believe in everything there. Nevertheless, it is still my first choice source of information about anything, whether factual or not. At least it is more 'reliable' than British tabloids...lol

Anyway, in your previous posts in these threads: http://www.pinoyexchange.com//forums...d.php?t=495949 and http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/...d.php?t=540975 , you are 'campaigning' (your exact word) for Goal TV to be shown here on our local cable providers. Who knows if the campaign of yours and your supporters are working?

I am not here to argue with you. We are all football fans here. Let's just hope it will happen.

Thank you for your message. Goal TV is not currently available in The Philippines and we are under discussion in terms of bringing the 24-hr soccer channel to The Philippines. It will be great if you can call up SkyCable or other platforms to express your demand ...

When will Goal TV be available in the Philippines? I think Goal TV would be a nice addition to your sister channel ASN that's already offered on Skycable as football has been growing in popularity here in the Philippines and an all-football ...

Looks like the ever-so-reliable Wikipedia is right for a change: channel 87 and 88 are now listed as "GoalTV 1 and GoalTV 2 respectively (you may need to rescan your box to show the channel label) so it looks like my "campaign" was a success

On the other hand, do expect GoalTV to be a premium channel like ASN and NBA TV with an additional monthly charge (going by sister channel ASN's pricing it should be at least P300 per month)

Goal 1 and 2 has just been launched by SkyCable today.

Surprisingly, the subscription fee isn't as high as its sister channel, ASN.

The subscription fee is 50 pesos per channel so that will be an additional 100 pesos on monthly bill.
