Yeah, depende rin. In my case, it was a face-to-face interview as the interviewer requested for it. May iba nga, over the phone lang din.

As for the skills interview, combination of technical and behaviour/personality. Key is - be confident and sincere with your answers

Is it possible na one day hiring process lang din like ASE?

definitely NOT. hnd 1 day process *** sa post na network support eh.. d ko *** alam sa iba ha pero as u can see sa mga post, kaya nga ngstart tong thread na to kasi medyo matagal *** hiring process.. ilang days bago yung 2nd interview, skills interview and JO, at first, we have no clue kung tangap n b kame o my interview pa... yun! that's the story.. about skills interview nMn comEng nmn *** *** friend mo eh I have a feeling kaya nya un, ang alam ko w/ atleast 1 yr tech support exp yung qualification nla... again, u can check jobstreet po!
