Undergrad, Working 5 yrs now any there school accepting accelarations, want diploma

Hello, I have been working as a call center agent for more than 5 yrs now supporting Technical issues.
I was originally taking IT and our school offered ladderized courses, so I finished a two year technical/trade course, planned to go to 3rd yr and finish the 3 yr course, then eventually the 4 yr course.

Due to financial issues i only had the chance to finish two years. I really want to have a degree.
Most firms require college grads, promotion also required us to be.

I heard that there is a school that will allow you to achieve/finish your degree given that your current work is related to the course you took; and you should have worked on the same field for 5 yrs. I do not want to name the school, because it may not be true and i don't want to give false hopes to those with the same dilemma.

Should anyone have any idea if this is possible, please let me know. If there are none, then i guess I just have to go back to school for this.
